To us the main point in project implementation is not just DOING the project, but also providing the customer with the ability to maintain and support his own network. This is done through professional academic and on-job training proposed and offered by the company. Our men strive to get the most efficient training program suitable for that particular project and conduct it respectively. This will make the customer independent for his future needs.
However not to forget that our support team is ready to offer its expertise whenever needed. Each project will have an on-call supports man in charge of taking care of the probable future problems. ▪ Designing Network Infrastructure
Modular and scalable network design, including Campus LANs and WANs. The hierarchical three layer network design (Access, Distribution and Core) utilizing different devices from different vendors (Cisco Systems, Foundry Networks, 3COM, D-Link...) in a compatible manner. Choosing the most efficient connectivity solution between aerial and ground links and also installing and combining different solutions with each other. Some of these technologies include simplex and duplex satellite connections, wireless, leased lines with xDSL, PSTN and ISDN and Fiber Optics oriented technologies.
▪ Layer 2 Protocols
Designing and implementing all the networks in the 802.3 family, utilizing VLANs, defining local access policies. Determining the network traffic type and proper design according to that, tuning and configuring STP for best performance, multilayer switching (MLS).
▪ Layer 3 Protocols
Choosing the best routing algorithm according to the network type and the links and devices in use. Professional tuning of different routing protocols such as RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, IGRP and IS-IS. Offering enterprise solutions with the use of BGP and tuning the protocols with use of route manipulation techniques. Hierarchical IP address assignments for large intranets. Use of NAT for connectivity to outside networks.

Remedy for highly congested networks with suggestion of methods such as load balancing and sharing, prioritizing critical network traffic (QoS), statically defining pathways for mission critical network traffic(Route Maps). Online monitoring systems to interact with traffic pattern changes and utilize the tools to keep network performance at a steady rate.

Complete design and implementation of Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000 family OS platforms in different networks. Including placement of servers and managing Active Directory settings. Server clustering and redundant design for high network availability and performance. Tuning and configuring all Microsoft Back Office products including web servers , cache servers and etc. Office Automation systems based on Microsoft Office family and more professional soft wares for a customized needs.
